[AYMEIR] Logistics and Distribution Policy

I. Policy Purpose
This policy is formulated to clarify the rights and obligations of AYMEIR and its customers regarding product delivery, receipt, and returns, to enhance the customer shopping experience, and to standardize logistics operations.
II. Scope of Application
This policy applies to all customers who place orders through our official platforms (including official websites) and authorized third-party platforms.
III. Order Processing
Processing Time:
All orders will be processed within 1-14 business days after successful payment and verification (delayed in case of holidays).
Order processing includes: order review, inventory verification, picking, quality inspection, and packaging.
The daily order deadline is 4:00 PM. Orders paid before this time will be processed the same day; orders after this time will be processed the next business day.
Order Modifications and Cancellations:
Once an order has reached the "Packed" or "Shipped" status, delivery information cannot be modified or cancelled.
If you need to modify or cancel your order before shipment, please contact our Customer Service Center immediately ([Customer Service Email/Phone Number]). We will do our best to assist you, but success is not guaranteed.
IV. Delivery Service
Shippers:
Based on the region, weight, and volume of the goods, we prioritize reputable third-party logistics companies such as SF Express, JD Logistics, and ZTO Express to ensure delivery quality.
For special items (such as large or heavy goods), we may use dedicated logistics companies.
Delivery Time:
Standard Delivery: Typically 3-7 business days from the order shipment date.
Time is for reference only. Actual delivery time may be affected by force majeure factors such as public holidays, weather conditions, traffic conditions, and epidemics.
We offer expedited delivery services. Please refer to the checkout page for specific rates and coverage.
Delivery fee:
Delivery fee is calculated based on the weight, volume, destination and selected delivery method of the product. Please confirm the specific amount on the checkout page.
Free shipping policy: For single orders of RMB [60] or more, you can enjoy free standard shipping worldwide.
Delivery range:
Currently, our delivery range covers the entire United States (except for some extremely remote areas).
Please contact customer service for relevant shipping and tax policies before placing an order.
V. Receipt and Inspection
Logistics tracking:
After the order is shipped, you will receive a logistics tracking number via SMS and/or internal message. You can check the location of the package in real time through the logistics company's official website or our platform.
Sign for delivery:
Please be sure to check the outer packaging of the package to see if it is intact and has no serious deformation or damage before signing for it.
If you find any obvious abnormality in the outer packaging, please take photos immediately to keep evidence and verify with the delivery person on the spot. You can refuse to accept the package if necessary. Signing for delivery is deemed to be an acknowledgement that the package is intact.
Inspection:
We recommend that you promptly unpack and inspect the package after signing for it. Verify that the product type, quantity, and specifications match your order, and that the product itself is free of damage.
If you discover any issues with the wrong item, missing item, or damage, please take photos of the entire package, packaging, and any issues within 24 hours of signing for it, and contact our customer service for assistance.
VI. Undeliverables
If a package cannot be delivered due to the following reasons, it will be returned, and the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs:
Incorrect or unknown delivery address.
The recipient's phone number is incorrect, unanswered, or has been turned off for more than three days.
The package is not signed for and is not picked up within the timeframe specified by the logistics company.
The package is rejected due to customer reasons.
VII. Returns and Exchanges
For detailed procedures, conditions, and time limits for returns and exchanges, please refer to our separate Return and Exchange Policy. The logistics policy only covers the delivery process.
VIII. Disclaimer
The Company assumes no responsibility for delivery delays or losses caused by the following circumstances:
Force majeure (such as natural disasters, war, strikes, severe weather, epidemics, government actions, etc.).
Delays or lost shipments due to incorrect, incomplete, or unreachable address, phone number, or other information provided by the customer.
Customer-specified logistics services not affiliated with the Company.
Reasonable wear and tear inherent in the goods.
IX. Policy Updates
The Company reserves the right to amend this Policy from time to time as necessary and will post the revised version on the Website. All revisions will be effective from the date of posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
